Good to Know Before You Book

How far ahead should I book?

As early as you can. Weekends and the holiday season fill up first. Two to four weeks is typical, and we'll always try to help with shorter notice.

Do you handle setup and delivery?

Yes. We deliver, set up the buffet in clay cazuelas with serving tools, and can stay to serve or leave everything ready for self-serve.

Can you accommodate dietary needs?

Yes. Tell us about vegetarian, gluten-free or allergy needs when you request your quote and we'll plan around them.

What is the minimum guest count?

Please contact us for current minimums. We cater small gatherings through large events.

How do I get a price?
